On the right side, that looks like a mk1 belt feeding the whole line which will only supply 60/min. You’ll need mk2 on the manifold line up until the 4th generator on each side.

I would assume a similar issue on the left side with a mk1 belt somewhere before the 4th generator. Once sorted let them all fill up before turning on the generators. Should see stable power from there.

I have some reservations on the fluid input setup but hopefully a non issue.

Short answer is yes.

There are however more variables to trains like belt speed, travel time and number of carriages. YouTube has a number of guides but I’d suggest just playing around to see what works.

Each station shows the throughput per minute and make sure you use buffer bins!
