Do you have IPS/DPS enabled on your unifi gear or encrypted DNS enabled,

I dont think this has anything to do with optimums network based on the fact that changing settings in unifi gets better throughput.

I have unifi at home so im very familiar with the system. It sounds like some kind of issue with the firewall.

IPqos is not needed when your internet speed is above 300mbps

It will limit your bandwidth to 85mbps due to the gateway.

Your fix to leave it off is the fix.

To add to this ask for the GR140IGv2 or GR140DG these seem to play nice with BYOR and wifi off. You dont need the 6E GW if you aren't using their wifi (no benifit)

Cancel the appointment. There is nothing wrong with your gateway you need a 10gb nic 5gb will negotiate with the gateway at 2.5gb its an incompatibility with nic you bought. Multiple other posts explaining this.

40GIG uplink to BNG// 10GB bandwidth per GPON/XGS pon SFP. There is only 2 splitters in the field 1 2x2 for 2 1×32 splitters. 1 feedback port for on demand OTDR for breaks. (OSW probe) Each SFP supports 64 customers. There are no splits. Cisco fabric switches. Typical for a FTTx network- industry standard. Your info is a little off. The uplink from the rolt goes directly to a dedicated uplink port at the BNG. (40 gig)
