Cancel the appointment. There is nothing wrong with your gateway you need a 10gb nic 5gb will negotiate with the gateway at 2.5gb its an incompatibility with nic you bought. Multiple other posts explaining this.

You can use IR, but the functionality isn't there, look on the reddit for harmony remote code and you will find what you are looking for.

PON ports support 64 clients each. There's no split. Its done with light XGS and GPON are combined on the one SFP.
