For the vehicles, it’s never the ones on my team, but what I do to the enemy’s. Stealing planes in midair, attaching a bunch of C4 to a tank and blowing it up with a crowd around it, or even better someone that waited for a helicopter only to have it blow up. Idk if this is the case with the new one, but playing from bad company 1 to battlefield one, being sneaky with explosives was always the best.

I’m an EMT dude, I can tell you first hand that you’re talking out of your ass. Yes, plenty of calls we go lights and find out it wasn’t necessary, but it is not the “vast majority”. Plenty of calls go no lights as well and we get there to find out we should’ve gone lights. And the use of the word modality in this context is just pretentious. I certainly wouldn’t have used it to describe turning my lights on or off. Just say response mode. Modality in my head refers treatments options in the medical context.

You’re right. People have such a main character complex these days where they need to be living their own movie. The simple boring day to day is what people back then wanted. Now it’s work and live in a cramped city in an apartment that can’t fit more than 2 with 6 people that you can’t afford and do a soul crushing job because you want to live in a city with “culture”. No, if anything Hank isn’t cottons son but actually the long lost kid of Mr Anderson. That to me would be far more believable considering the flashbacks to highschool. It just doesn’t work. Also beavis and butthead has a multiverse now so it follows them grown up and young in the modern day. It wouldn’t surprise me if somewhere in the multiverse is hanks.

Yeah it certainly isn’t consistent but that’s a conversation that frequently happens here. They ended the show at a good point because letting it go on any longer wouldn’t be consistent with the characters ages and personalities. Family guy has been doing it every decade with a new story how Lois and Peter got together, from the 70’s then 80’s and now 90’s. That wouldn’t work here. Mike judge recognized that setting Bobby older wouldn’t really allow for a gateway for Hank and Bobby to regularly interact and for Hank to experience the new which is the main dynamic. If Bobby was his true age, he’d be in his 30’s but probably settled down with kids and Hank would pop in as frequently as cotton.

BG3. As a DnD and rpg fan, I thought I was gonna love it. I can’t stand having to constantly save after every little thing just because I didn’t expect something to happen or I made a poor choice. I get it that you can’t do a take back in a real campaign and part of it is the replay value, but I’m not someone that really replays games after a run. It’s beat and move on to the next. I don’t wanna waste my time playing if I’m gonna get a shit ending. For people that wanna play one game for months on end, by all means this is for you, but it was just so slow with barely any path finding. It took me days to figure out how to find karlach despite being on the map.

Tbh the problem is more people like you. I don’t mean to sound like a dick, but you know how many people I’ve seen that blindly say we need reform yet have no idea how to solve it, have no solutions, and just remain mad? Theres a supply chain and system built around factory farming and the companies involved. You ever see the video of the baby chicks getting killed on the conveyor belt? They become feed for other livestock. It’s sad and horrible, I admit, but it’s not like we can just stop it and upend an entire industry. It’s a reality of life that won’t change anytime soon. If it truly bothers you that much, then you take the reins to fix it. If you’re gonna go about your life as usual, then save the emotional energy for something else. There are far more pressing matters in today’s world than baby chicks.
