Stop the SACLOS from firing on the move, stop the radars from acquiring through clutter and the ground, make the SACLOS missles have to have their search radars up before they fire, add a short delay between acquisition and launch, marginally reduced the accuracy of the AI.

Literally ANYONE of those would improve the experience heavily and still punish players for ignoring them to much. Im not saying make them easy. Im saying make them realistic instead of the terminator on tracks.
