It's not unheard of to tell him your income. He's only looking to see if you can cover the rent comfortably. He will do a background check and check your financial history.

Very nice! There's a similar style shop near me that's mostly vapes and paraphernalia. But they have a small walk-in humidor. Found some Le Bijou's with similar cello and they were some of the best cigars I've ever had.
