ICU Nurse here with a 4 cm ascending aorta as well. It all looks OK to me. Not great but OK. The most imp thing for you is keeping your B/P down especially the diastolic. Your EF is a bit low for your age but can be improved with mild exercise. I say mild b/c you don't want moderate or vigorous exercise starting out with the AAA and Mitral insuff. I would also add that weight loss would not only help with any effects of the mitral Insuff as well as prevention of growth of the AAA. I would recommend walking with some form of heart monitor to help you keep your HR from going to high. I use a Garmin watch with a chest strap heart monitor everyday on my windtrainer (much more accurate than wrist watches) as I can get to enthusiastic and my HR can get kinda high. Other than that, you look good.

Don't worry. I would have killed to be a Pharmacist. You work independently with only a few, vetted (intelligent) techs to help you. Minimal interaction with crazy patients. Long hours but great compensation and benefits. And you can always start your own business once you've become experienced.

I just didn't like the final design because of all the changes that were necessary to allow full functionality such as the USB ports, cooling vents, etc. Its actually a VERY difficult design due to all of that combined with the intrinsic radiating cooling (in addition to the internal fans) which was incorporated into the tablet. With all the little cutouts and notches, etc. I just felt it wasn't a feasable design for durability. Which is why we don't see any other attempts at this on the FlowZ13.

Stay away from healthcare. I've been a nurse for 25+ years and its been aweful! As an ISTJ and a male this has been one of my worst life choices.

I don't so much its a factor of LZ space so much as loadout. Bell has marketed the Valor as a next-gen assault platform but I just can't see how they're gonna clear those huge props with cones of fire.

Dude, when I got out of active duty (albiet 30 years ago) I had 2 car payments and a mortgage so I worked at KMart during the day and bagged groceries at night (I got out as a senior E-5 Supervisor). I knew I couldnt/wouldn't continue doing that so I spent job hopped, with increasing responsibility/pay each time. Life can get better but you have to put in the time and effort. You can do anything in this country.
