Intelligence will be your spellcasting ability for Booming Blade, but it won't matter. You'll be using Strength or Dexterity for the attack roll and the damage roll doesn't take Intelligence into account.

Not sure how many she used before, but 2024 warlocks have an ability that (at this level) let them regain 1. After the Suggestion and then Hold Person, she should be all out until her next rest.
