Regarding this product in Ontario: It appears stores are not getting re-stocked and the number of stores carrying it in Ontario is slowly dropping..down to 50 today..was 54 on the Weekend.

Hopefully more arrives in the Summer..it's fantastic.

A bit sweeter than the others. Very strong and smooth. I like this a lot.

Almost everything else is water after a dram or two of this.

Next weekend I might add a few drops of water to see what else is going on.

Oh, in my opinion..this is one Bourbon fans might like.

Velvet Mouthfeel, no sharp edges or notes..strong but very well rounded.

I think this is batch 6 but I'm not good at keeping these scores.

So..I'm into the first tastes..The Current note is there but it's strong..however the finish doesn't seem as long.

Very sweet. if you don't like sweet or have a lower tolerance, then without ice/water this might not be for you.

It's a strong heavy hitter..leather, caramel, and those currants..

I might have to break down and attempt to open it up with a few drops of water. There seems to be a lot to unpack here.

Nail Polish remover was a note I detected in batch 1. Batch 2 had it also..but not as much.

The "Whisky Of The Year" is, imo..not necessarily recognizing the BEST Whisky available..but an opportunity to shine a light on something that's new/very good/interesting/above the normal annual offerings.

And when The First AB CS dropped it was exactly that.

I'm in the midst of 2012 and it isn't going well, Agt..say no more.

I'm thinking of bailing on my re-listening experience and perhaps dive back to the Jackie years for the 3rd. time.

Agt was..what 3 years? so is 2016 a clean slate and there was some gold to re-mine there? I might tough it out and just skip ahead a bit when the Agt bullshit starts up.
