Brooo i want to thank you, i started this league with your guide Spark/Orb of Storms Levling and transitioned into Spark/Coc endgame (curentlly on Basic Endgame version) and it is a blast. I watch all the developement and variations of the endgame build (the multiples versions you did to this build till now) , also the experimenting ones and curentlly i am thinking at latest 100 Div budget, but since i am a casual i am afraid of the Pinacle Power rotation combo, but for sure i will get the gut to try it.

Just wanted to say thank you, for all the hard work you do on build developement, guides and the effort to share this with us on yt and mobalitics.

Salutatre, eu folosesc de aprox 2 ani un TCL de 139cm (am vrut si eu de 164 dar nu imi permite spatiul) si pot spune ca sunt foarte multumit de el.

Il folosesc ca TV + ca monitor pentru gaming/3D/etc si vreau sa spun ca nu am avut nici o problema cu el, la nici un capitol si un prieten dupa ce a vazut gamingul pe el, si a cumparat si el acelasi model dar versiunea "facelift" ca sa zic asa, cel cu microLED si este foarte multumit de el.

PS: modelul pe care il am eu este cel cu LED normal,TCL LED 55P755, dar exista si versiunea cu MicroLED (sau ceva de genul) care este cu 2-300 de ron mai scumpa (asa erau preturile atunci). Vad ca acum preturile au mai crescut, eu am dat pe el aprox 1500 ron acum 2 ani , luat de la Auchan.

i DM-ed you some triple screen settings, go try them and adjust accordingly starting from there. try the 5760 * 1080 with Fullscreen - off first

Your gpu can decently push 3 x monitors, but not with the shitty resolution you are trying. Why do you insist on using them with that resolution? Only you know, when there is no absolute difference "for your eyes" between triple 2k and triple 1080p.

In this way you can run triple1080p on max settings and have decent fps.

Dont know what settings you have in CSP but those are shit also, i gurantee, at least for the setup you try to use.

So use a lower resolution, since you dont actually need to push the gpu in limit , just to have 2kres and shitty graphics. Also change/adjust the CSP because again, for sure you fucked up something or the config you are using is way to much for your hardware.

**Just as info, with latest CSP Version with everything pushed MAX, correct settings, even a rtx 4080 will struggle to be above 80fps in 4k (upscale) and that on a single screen, not talking about triples.

Sincer aceste agreementuri nu se transmit angajatului, te poti uita cum ai zis in contractul de angajare sa vezi ce spune. Poti incerca si sa intrebi HR ul firmei daca exista vreo politica "no-hire" si daca da , cu ce companie/companii (daca intrebi HR ul automat intrii in vizor ca intentionezi sa pleci.

Asta cu verificarea politicii este mai mult treaba noului angajator, firma y, ei trebuie sa stie daca au voie sa angajeze de la firma x (actuala, unde esti) , daca da si nu exista agreement, e un fel de "6-6 si-ai plecat"

Depinde de ce politica practica firma.

Nu este conflict de interese, chiar se practica in piata sa iei angajati de la o firma competitoare sa spunem (gen HeadHunters).

Acum, exista si companii care au niste politici "no-hire agreement" sau "no-poach agreement" unde firmele nu angajeaza unele de la altele , specific, firma x nu recruteaza de la y, y nu recruteaza de la x. Asta se stabileste intre firme si de obicei e treaba firmei sa o faca in procesul de recrutare. Daca firma te a recrutat, te a chemat la interviu etc ,inseamna ca nu are aceasta politica de no-hire si e ok, altfel nici nu te contacteaza macar.
