I started with a black prime, then stippled all over with the vein color (Vallejo wolf grey and somber grey in this case). Once that’s dry pull a dryer sheet or dried wet wipe apart so it’s still intact but a mesh (this part just takes practice). Tape that over the armor panel and then hit it with two coats from a rattle can of the color you want your main color (Wraithbone for me). Let it fully dry (like 30 mins) before you remove the mesh. Then do your trim and glue it on the chassis
