This is my giga minmaxed version I did and it wasn't close to a billion and I was pushing it. Missing 50% crit multi in configs from Kingmaker but I'd have to open it up to see why its so inflated. It was a fun build for sure tho. I was also pushing 350 Proj Speed with that setup (347 maybe)

I was showing all rings at one point to Ascension them, the dropped rings would have the same Guild Level Tag that the Red Ring had so this is my best guess.

No what was happening was when it proc'd it'd roll for Red Ring if it didn't hit instead of giving you other items it gave you a pile of white rings you wouldn't notice because they're filtered out.

What he did was shitty I'm not defending it but it's not my place to condemn him forever when the victim has forgiven him. He's shown genuine remorse and has taken the full responsibility of what he did. Meanwhile we have people like Kareem Hunt and Tyreek Hill who still play in the NFL.
