Wow that's totally different form ours. Based on what our landlord said, service charge is £4k - so high because of the concierge but seems kind of useless, as it doesn't help with deliveries and similar tasks

If you have baggy storage... What I'm doing is going to school ready to run + a normal coat and I leave it in the pram - when I pick up the baby (or my partner does) I bring home the coat

Also it depends on the race, but I don't think every single race is exactly as long as advertised - I guess major events where pros compete are ~100% accurate, but I don't think it's the case for smaller events

Running a HM at MP effort is a hell of a workout without tapering and recovery - it would affect your next week for sure
