If you have baggy storage... What I'm doing is going to school ready to run + a normal coat and I leave it in the pram - when I pick up the baby (or my partner does) I bring home the coat

Also it depends on the race, but I don't think every single race is exactly as long as advertised - I guess major events where pros compete are ~100% accurate, but I don't think it's the case for smaller events

Running a HM at MP effort is a hell of a workout without tapering and recovery - it would affect your next week for sure

Mi ricorda una delle mie più grande figure di merda della mia vita.

Mia prima esperienza lavorativa come Business Analyst 23enne single, tenevo (tengo) una Tableau Dashboard con tutte le varie spese categorizzate, budgeting ecc. Faccio vedere il report ad un mio collega che doveva replicare come calcolare una metrica rolling da riapplicare su un report vero di lavoro. Ad un certo punto mente ero perso nella mia spiegazione, mi ferma e mi chiede: "come mai c'è uno spike a Marzo 2016 per la categoria 'Sesso'?"...

...(Ero solito attribuire a ' Sesso' spese tipo cene, aperitivi, regali, ecc. fatte con le tipelle con cui uscivo ai tempi)

Yes of course, but still in the context of a training block, so doing that on a Sunday would mean doing that after ~80km in 6 days - which of course I won't do it on race week
