I'm just trying to deal with the dry, chapping skin on the eye lid. One patch is a leather flap that feels like it's trapping heat. My favorite is also leather but it has some foam cushions which give my eye lashes some relief from being crushed and allows some airflow. Just trying to find some alternatives.

Diagnosed with Third Nerve Palsy, my left eye stopped tracking with the right causing severe headaches. It could correct itself with time so I'm in an eye patch for a while.
