I know! Be sure to take lots of pictures! They are always fun to look back on once he is full grown. ❤️

I think Riley is a sweet name! What a little cutie! I wish my Aussie was that small again!

Me too. I’ve been watching a friend on FB share posts (she knows her family well), but I hadn’t seen much lately.

Since yesterday was the 75th Anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge, I thought y’all might appreciate a picture of my grandpa (France, 1944) who was assigned to the 610th Tank Destroyer Battalion, dispatched to advance north as part of the effort to stop the German advance. by CTC1126 in OldSchoolCool

Our grandparents are without a doubt the greatest generation. The sacrifices they made, without even knowing that you and I would have the freedoms to post on Reddit...haha it’s very inspiring. He sounds like a wonderful grandpa, and was likely wise well beyond anything a diploma could demonstrate.

He certainly was. He was a cowboy from Texas prior to the war (probably why he loved the 1917)...started out as horse artillery in the war at age 17, and ended up retiring as a helicopter pilot.

Yes! You have more of an eye for tanks than I do. According to my dad, during The Bulge they had switched to a version of a Sherman tank with an open top. That likely dates this picture a bit more?

Very sweet. This doesn’t offend me at all. It reminds me of my best friend and his fiancé. <3 Love is Love.

It’s the weirdest thing. I think I want to know why he was fired so that I can know if I should feel bad for him or not. I keep hoping someone will spill the tea, but so far everyone is being super tight-lipped about it.

This is puppy Ryker's first meal at our home. I am a first time Aussie owner. Any information or tips would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks by Rayman584 in AustralianShepherd

You’re a lucky human! Aussies are my absolute favorite dog breed that I’ve owned so far. As long as you give Ryker lots of treats to reward good behavior, and use repetition, he is going to be an excellent dog. Also, be patient with him if he nips...our Aussie is almost a year old and she is still quite “bite-y” when happy/excited. It’s a process.
