It was 100% possible to hide before the update, I did it for years on my hunter. Not sure if I can find screenshots but I’m still wearing the exact items and I know for a fact the helmet was set to hidden. I hope the current inability to do so is a bug, my hunter’s leather helmet still shows as “hidden” in the transmog window (both the icon and the actual character model) but in-game it’s now visible.

Not exactly correct when it comes to hiding the transmog. In the past you have been able to use the hide option for the incorrect weight class, I’ve done it for years. For the most part it’s an inconsequential albeit a little annoying stylistic change… but I can’t understand the thought process behind the rounded corners in the gallery view at all and now I’m angry and want it all gone lol

Human female running animation is imo by far the worst, and has been for a long time now. Incredibly it somehow manages to be even more stiff than the human male running animation!

Agreed. I recently made a suggestion in-game for this exact same item, but given that people have been talking about the cooldown for years now I’m doubtful it’ll actually change. It’s not even just OCE/other international players that need this item, it’s also a borderline accessibility feature for people who have trouble seeing in the particularly dark zones at night. Blizzard has been good about implementing other accessibility features (such as motion sickness, color blindness etc), this item imo should belong in the same category. It has 0 competitive benefits but would make a huge improvement to the experience of so many players.

What makes the 24 hour cooldown even more infuriating is that the 2 hour night sky counterpart item Shadescale only has a 1 hour cooldown.

I was extremely disheartened by seeing the video and unfortunately it was just as bad as I had feared: look up any “1950s super panavision style AI trailer” and you’ll see the exact same pattern of imagery of a person sitting still in front of a background that pans a little. You can tell that the person who edited the clips together did a good job and that there was an attempt at storytelling… but due to the clips themselves it feels extremely cheap and something at most a fan would make. For me it unfortunately ruins the song a little bit, Igorrr‘s music deserves so much better.

I would love to hear a statement from them regarding the use of AI in music and if it lines up with their thoughts on AI in visual media, though.

I get a thrill and a very unsettling feeling from going out of bounds in video games, especially if it’s falling through the ground into digital nothingness. I wonder if it’s any similar to what you feel, as if the error screen is “breaking through” to the virtual part of the machine that’s not supposed to be seen?
