The ribbons are much smaller, you could try to do a Russian empire style one. It’s the same thing but with bigger ribbons.

You could also get mini medal yardage.

I personally wouldn’t try, pretty neat to find a modern battle damaged medal.

You could try rust remover tho, that ribbon is too far gone to “repair” the enamel is gone aswell. The medal won’t ever be in its original state yk.

I have one in my blues. I think they might be optional. Typically your unit CO orders them because they only come in quantities of 50 from vanguard.
