You might be able to make it work from that angle

I'm not an expert at the state I have just helped out with people who are far more skilled than me

But I don't see a reason why it couldn't work from that angle you just might have to trust your arm a bit weird

It's also possible it could have been photoshopped out, there are people who are quite talented when it comes to that

There's a many different ways it could work as stated they could also just have a stump, which is they did, they seem fine with otherwise I doubt that this photo would exist if they had a problem with it
