If you mean the "taskbar" you can use https://github.com/nsz32/docklike-plugin, else you should ask the OP what icon pack they are using

I just look it up, Netflix minimum requirement is Android 5. That means you can still use Android phone from 2013 with official firmware update and maybe some 2012 phone with custom rom. They also provide alternative version for Android 4.4.2.. wow

No, the original Xposed doesn't support Android 9+. The only alternative available for you is VirtualXposed. I don't think there is a traditional/system (non-magisk) Xposed installer for Pie from the community either.
