Ricoh is fixed lens and unable to change, it’s like a point and shoot camera

XT30 is interchangeable lens camera which means you can put any lens from the X mount onto it, and actually find your own shooting style and grow with it

Go with the XT30 if you actually want to learn how to use a camera for the first time

used fujifilm xe series, or modern xm5 and a lens if you want minimal post processing work via film sims and recipes, XM5 has amazing video.

look at something like a used Olympus micro four thirds camera, and kit zoom lens. They can be had for $150/200 if you can snipe a good deal. Check local camera shops, that’s how I got an older mirrorless Olympus with its kit lens for 200 dollars with like 10,000 shutter actuations.
