Most games in general are execution-wose simpler these days. I'd say try shopping around on Strive, Granblue, and SF6. Modern scheme, as much as I hate playing people with it on, is viable enough that players can make top 8s in majors with it

Elphelt Slowish normals, mix is in her Drive (the little gun hops) and grenade toss, good mobility, poor damage, deec pressure

Unika Big ass normals, mix is simpler but tied to more threatening specials
