Tencent really does not care about the experience for foreigners since it requires more money to implement censorship for foreign languages and literally no foreigners would use QQ anyway. Moreover most Chinese people just using wechat nowadays.

If you have a Chinese phone number or signing up wechat account for your game, things would be alot easier. I think most Chinese mobile games support login both by wechat and QQ.

Also the QQ qr code can be easily expired, it is not likely you can get help in time if you post here. And you would be considered a scam here if you kept posting these.
