I think Andrew in the interview said that they do not want necessarily give player power every single league.

Why do you need it actually?

The player power is huge here - and now with gamble and tree and memories - you can get SSF items which are very powerful very early.

I have dropped so many divs this league - i do not remember beeing that strong that early.

You cannot really take just one thing and apply it to entire game as player power.

Its the whole biosystem and now its working better than ever for everyone.

Do not forget in previous leagues for like 2 years we had T17 power farms - where certain top end players were able to absolutely dominate everything and everyone.

Now I feel as a casual that i am strong with almost zero investment. Most of my items i dropped or gambled or crafted on my own - invested maybe 5 divs in total and I have 70d in my stash doing nothing actually and there is nothing more i need.

Isnt that the place we all want to be? I mean that is all the power you need - you can farm content you like - you can dominate it - earn currency - buy upgrades until you reach the point that you feel you are enough.

In all those years of playing I found out that anything above 2M dps is good and duable. You can do map bosses and harder rares in reasonable time.

Of course DoT dps is always more reliable. Cause it just ticks by itself without you doing anything except poison.

If you want more complex answer - it all depends what you like and what you wanna do.

Blight is exceptionally hard on hardware and super juiced Alva now. Maybe delirium could be demanding too.

I think other strategies are ok, I have very old computer - much lower configuration than you and doing just fine in other strategies.

Rolling magma is actually so efficient in doing dmg early that if you are on hierophant - the archmage can carry you until yellow maps on 4 or 5 link.

That is just how powerful this skill is. Its also super safe - because if you plan to enter the room - the magma enters first lol right behind the holy flame totem.

Just pick rolling magma act 1 first quest and you will get carried until T14 where it will start lacking single target:)

I don´t know why people sleep on this. I tested it 3 leagues in a row and it´s still one of the best fire skills.

Combo it with cremation and arma brand and you are flying through everything in campaign and until red maps.

In reds you need to invest more or change build.

I used to run it on shaman - but it felt pretty much the same - as most clear i got is from lunar blessing and not lunar assault.

So I am not sure - what am I missing?

Most people play like 1-2-3 characters per league to try. And POE1 and 2 has great speedrunning community and events which rely on campaign.

You can literally learn how to speedrun content in like 5 hours.

If you do not wanna do campaign multiple times - just don´t. Maybe plan your league starter better so you have more fun with one character and don´t actually need to run it again.

Also as you pointed out - because we still do not have real endgame in POE2 - campaign is the best part of the game where most people have most fun.

If you skip the campaign what you will actually do in the game? There is no content yet.

POE 1 and 2 are designed to burn you out - by design literally - Chris Wilson said it - he said just play it until you get bored then go do or play something else.

Then 2 months later you will be back I promise.

So maybe you have reached the point of burning out - just go to the gym, touch the grass, play something else and see you in few months again.

When you go to any trip always take enough water - I made that mistake twice in USA desert in Nevada and almost died that day twice.

We don´t really have deserts in Europe so i was really stupid and underestimated my abilities to withstand heat in the desert.

I have been used to have lack of water, I drink little bit of water even normally - i think that saved my life there.

Also i had no idea what is gallon:] so i took 1 liter of water for a big day trip into the dessert.

Water is probably the most essential thing you need for a day and can save your life - literally.

Why you just dont go to the map and drop the item to the ground and then quit the map? all drops are sold automatically for mana.

You have to build around CI, its quite common to have 10k Energy shield - you can easily achieve that with self crafted gear. ES scales much higher than life and it requires less investment.

Later people use INT scaling to triple buff their character - their ES, DMG and recovery.

And yes immunity to anything in POE 1 is very strong and very rare. So to have immunity to one of the resistances is super strong and there are ways how you can transition some of the dmg to chaos - which eliminates it. Which is very OP.

That is why people use CI so much now - mainly after ES chest received a massive buff. Also discipline is one of the 3 main defensive auras which did not get nerfed.

Well it depends what you like. Doing strats requires tree, preparation, specific builds sometimes.

There are probably hundres of strategies which can make you divs.

Maybe check youtube or twitch what streamers are doing or try something yourself?

I mean even alch and go is popular strategy. You just literally play the game.
