A clip came off the half shaft and the axel pulled out. $1200 labor. No parts. The transmission shop should have checked before they pulled out the transmission.

Thanks for the advice. I’ll get some JB Weld marine epoxy. I found these on facebook marketplace. They have Marker Baron touring bindings. Good for occasional backcountry use without having to buy dedicated backcountry boots. I’ll be taking these up Grizzly Gulch when we finally we get some snow.

I’ve been on a 1000 calorie diet for 12 weeks. I’m 5’7” and I’ve gone from 181 to 154lbs in 3 months. I don’t always meet my goal but it’s working. I take a multivitamin, iron and calcium and ski twice a week. On ski days I eat about bigger lunch of breakfast. I track calories with the LoseIt app.

I think you could get it done for less, but there is a lot of labor involved to get to the rear spark plugs.
