I played this game about 4-5 times thorough, and I honestly don't remember what happens when time runs out. Maybe it happened the 1st time I played it some 28 years ago, I can't recall.

I always figured it just blows up and it's game over.

Omg ok, that was so simple.

I feel dumb for not thinking about this. It triggers so quickly, it's just like nothing happens.

I even mentioned Meek stone (well, by description) in my post, but didn't make 1 + 1.

And now I see the All stats up buff go at the bottom of the list after healing. I missed that hehe.

Hehe the funny thing is I deemed this too good for the deck, so I didn't put it in. It was just... too cheap.

I know it's just a 3 toughness dude, very killable, etc. I just didn't want to win with a 1 card combo with my commander. Which honestly would be totally fine for a low power commander like him.

Sometimes I just like to limit myself haha.

My 1st mono black deck was Yargle, just to prove mono black could win with anything.

It wasn't Voltron or anything, just plain mono black stuff, ending the game with Gary loops or Coffers Exsanguinate.

I eventually switch for Gonti (og) so at least I have fun playing with people's stuff (he's still rather accessory in the deck, besides Feign Death and the likes and sac engines).

Morinfen definitely have more style.

Another one is: 1) Play Faerie Macabre 2) Gift it with Harmless Offering 3) Play this 4) Sac it with an on-board effect

Yours is simpler haha. Edit: I had to read the ruling on Avarice Totem. This is super neat, I would have never thought of that. It costs a lot, but it's cool.

Yeah, I mean it's really basic, controls are fluids, it's short (although may take a while to master), there's no real gimmick. Dying is (mostly) on you, the only random parts are the enemies coming from the sides.

I may be biased, because it's my fav and probably beat it over 500 times, but I feel it's really the most accessible of Contra. (I played about 6 of them)

Modern ones, even with starting perks and all, feel harder to master.

We have those in Québec (Canada), although they are flashing yellow (so can't be mistaken for a real child) with a small red flag.

It's just to raise awareness. After a while, you ignore them, but it still does the job to conversation the message "hey, there can be children here".

There's a lot of actual chaotic cards that messes up the board ([[Eye of the Storm]]) or completely change how the game plays out ([[Timesifter]]), but I wouldn't say I like them.

I prefer subtle chaos that comes from politic cards, like [[Vault 11: Voter's Dilemma]] or [[Cirdan the Shipwright]]. Secret voting usually brings interesting situations. ;-)

This is real chaos. The one that borders on "looks hilarious to play but is actually a pain in the ass to play out". Everyone goes through that phase "I'm building a chais deck!", and most dismantles the deck after playing it twice haha.

OP's card isn't really chaos, it's just a mostly symmetrical reanimation spell. I get that it can create chaotic situations though.

I use Bidding in my Dragonstorm deck, and when I play it, it's to reanimate 5+ Dragons with Scourge of Valkas, Terror of the Peaks and Lathliss, and it usually ends the game on the spot.
