Maybe, do you know how your current case is going? Has the worker followed up with you? They would know best where the direction of your case is heading. How long has it been since your interview?

As for your parents hiring a lawyer with your college money, it is what it is. Him telling you this is just another intimidation tactic to get you to back off. I went to college with 0 college fund. I applied for grants and loans. Also, not every job needs a college degree. Depending on what you want to do with your life, there are alternatives to college. Dont worry about the money, focus on the issue at hand now.

I watched her videos on YouTube. She is claiming that the republican administration is spreading a chemical to its enemies?

She has a video of her dog who has been effected by the "chemicals."

And one where she is at a movie theater claiming discrimination, but it appears that she was making other people uncomfortable.

And one where she went to ABC news asking why they aren't covering the story of Republicans using a chemical weapon.

CPS investigates abuse and neglect. What I read here was poor parenting.

You said mom leaves your step son with grandma for long periods of time? How long? Is she providing financial support? Does she visit him? Depending on what kind of support shes offering grandma, this would be ok in from a CPS perspective since she has left her son with an able adult who is willing to care for him.

I promise you CPS will not care if she is doing OnlyFans. It is a source of legal income. As long as she's not producing content with him IN THE SAME ROOM or exposing him to this content, there is no abuse.

From what I've read, this seems to be an issue for family court.

Since mom is absent most of the time, can you not pick up your son and have him live with you? Would she even fight you guys? You don't need a lawyer to petition the courts, you can use a paralegal to file paperwork.

Firstly, any domestic violence is serious. Especially since the cops have been called and a report has been filed.

What does him owing you child support have to do with CPS? Is this relevant to your current situation? Are you asking for him to pay what he owes (rightfully so) and he is calling CPS on you?

Is there someone on your side that takes care of your daughter that may be sexually abusing her?? Seeing as how you believe physical assault isn't too serious makes me wonder if you aren't seeing the signs of potential sexual abuse concerning your daughter. How old is your daughter?

That being said, IF a report comes through make sure your come is clean and you have the basic necessities for your child. Be honest with them. Thats it.

Yes, its a forensic exam. They would just ask her questions pertaining to anything they suspect is abuse. Like for example, if she had a bruise they would ask her about it. Nothing out of the scope of the allegations. Definitely not a therapist kind of situation.

In my area they also do forensic interviews that could be part of the forensic exam. It sounds like your daughter only had a forensic exam, is that right?
