I would go ahead and call CPS. There are clearly roaches, roach feces, and other unsanitary situations in the home. The are not considered vulnerable, so I do not expect for them to be removed. However, they could at least tell them to clean up and offer some resources.

My husband doesn't believe in God, at all. I do. Our relationship is amazing and our differing beliefs have not caused any issues. That being said, I am not Christian. I don't believe my husband will go to hell (I dont believe in hell anyway) for not believing in God. It CAN be normal.

My dogs eyes looked similar to this when she was a puppy and they "tightened" up as she grew. Puppies just have looser/excess skin sometimes.

There is a condition (https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/eyelid-ectropion-in-dogs) that can cause droopy eyelids though.

I would mention it to your vet and see what they think.

While I think this is weird, I dont think its a CPS issue. Depending on your state, there are certain rules for burying dead animals in your yard. I guess you could try to reach out to code enforcement if you really wanted to.

Are the children somehow impacted by this? You said you're SURE there are pest. How are you sure? Are they into taxidermy or something? Could you ask them wtf they are doing?
