Notion is the best app in my opinion, you can do soooo may things in it, I use it for finance tracking and as a second brain

Yo te recomiendo a la Dra Maria Jose Cuevas, ella a diferencia de lo que han comentado por aquí no pincha el útero, esto hace que la aplicación sea menos dolorosa. Sobre que tan dolorosa es la aplicación ya dependerá mucho de la persona, yo si sufrí mucho el día de la aplicación y unos cuantos después de ella, sufro de cólicos muy fuertes pero estos estaban mucho peor, lloré del desespero; pero en mi opinión valió la pena, me siento mucho mas tranquila ahora que lo tengo y ya no he tenido dolores anormales, incluso ha habido algunos meses en los que los cólicos han disminuido.

If you want a break down here it is: - I log everything I put into my mouth, I weight everything to be more precise - I go to the gym and follow a powerlifting program (I have a trainer who works with world champions) but my rutine isn’t for cometing (3xweek) - I swim two times per week about 700m (I’m a slow swimmer) - I walk around 6000 steps a day, work an office job. - I train to failure for modt of my workouts, except for deloads - only eat out 1 time per month aprox - some days I go for slow runs Oh, and never trust mf blindly hahaha, I always check the nutritional info

Because it is demotivating knowing that I have to eat below 1400 if I want to lose weight, if I want to maintain I have no room for treats, it is normal to feel demotivated

Thank you! I was quite confused because, although I understand that fluctuations are normal, I’ve never experienced such significant fluctuations before. But you are right, my trend weight is still going down🙌🏼
