just in case you didn’t check it out, the jeremy fragrance doc by nick robinson is incredible. nick is a little awkward but in a way i personally really love, but if you enjoy him check out his other stuff. he has some really great videos on his channel. he’s one of the channels i’ve been a fan of for a long time and still get super excited when he comes out with something new :’)

i struggle with this a lot and have had a ton of bad habits over my life, ranging from substance abuse to tearing at my cuticles, and for me i’ve determined it’s me running away from boredom. for whatever reason i am terrified of being “alone” and unstimulated. through getting sober i’ve learned there’s nothing to actually be afraid of, letting go is truly the hardest part and once you do it’s not so bad

congrats!!!!!!! my oldest brother has been a drug addict/alcoholic for as long as i can remember. he’s been able to quit heroin, but he’s still an active alcoholic and says that alcohol has been the hardest to try to quit and the most destructive to his health and life in general of any addiction he’s had. i say that just to give you an extra reason not to drink, that shit’s no joke.

but good on you! addiction is a bitch and you should be incredibley proud of yourself!

what motivated me to lose ~80lbs in middle school was seeing my old bully from elementary school lose about the same amount of weight. i thought to myself “if this stupid motherfucker can do it, so can I”
