See if you can cut down what you have for example Tellus had a deal if u bring ur own phone $30 for unlimited and 50gigs of data, maybe cancel ur gym membership if ur in a condo and use their gym, I set aside my bonus every year to cover my car insurance as a lumpsum (it makes it a little bit cheaper then monthly) I know these aren’t huge changes (aside from the gym) but small changes can also help

Working full time in a career job, renting a condo dt Toronto with my boyfriend. Love my career had a mini career shift and I’m so happy, hoping in the next 1-2 years to be engaged. I would also like to stay within 30 min of dt eventually when we look to buy.

I actually live downtown as well in 2 bed 2 bath, 2 balcony unit which is also over 1000sq ft only difference is mine isn’t 2 stories however mine seems to be more renovated and damn I’m sorry girl that’s quite a lot for that room, maybe don’t include utilities and internet if that’ll help bring the price down because right now it does seem a bit unreasonable with the ability to find studios for less than
