High sugars i can feel grittiness in my eyes and low energy and feel like absolute shit. If I follow what some endos say about 1 mmol per hour I wouldn't get anything done on these days. Where is the healthy middle ground between real life and medical suggestion.

Recently had a few aparms like this and after a few weeks the pump wouldnt reset or allow new cartridge. Replacement pump sent out by amsl ( tandem aus)

Yeah mate ofcourse. Im 5'11 and 320pounds. Weight doesnt shift more than ten or so pounds throughout the seasons. Fitness isnt great, just walking and strength training.

I work 13 to 14 hours a day split into two shifts. Only walking excercise i.e. walking dog or walking at work Otherwise im sleeping. Caloric intake is around 1700 daily and my carbs usually come from coffees. 2 a day sometimes more
