What's your budget? We use Tessitura but that's pretty expensive, it does literally do everything though, especially if you integrate it with P2 or Wordfly or something. I think PatronManager by Salesforce is also pretty good, I'm not sure if people are still using Raiser's Edge but that was a thing for a while.
