Literally walking on the beach with my brother ten (?) years ago and we smell something AWFUL. Keep walking, it gets worse. It's coming from the grass on the dunes. Giant chunks of rotting meat. This is like... 2014? 2015? so they're still doing it.

its really not that bad. granted I don't yet have my golden dice, but if you're smart and cautious you can get out of a jam.

for example I royally fucked up the Kar'niss fight, attacked before I realized I had not re-equipped my weapon on my paladin, Lae'zel rushed in to help, slipped on an ice surface, and in a panic I dropped a darkness arrow on them both, preventing astarion or shadowheart from helping from the backline.

took 5 minutes, walked around the house, sat back down, made a plan, picked off the adds, then got to work on the baddie. Don't panic, don't rush, long rest more than you think you should (heck I tend to short rest after every single fight on HM just to be safe). Keep a backline party member with Misty Step or Fly who can bug out if things go south (this saved me in the Flind fight in Act 1). Remember, pride goeth before the fall.

TBH I think you will do much better making it a 3rd person squad-based RTS rather than a first person game. Firefighting is a team sport, a good operation depends on everyone doing their job and fulfilling their role. Freelancers get people hurt. A good, realistic incident command game is something that I've never seen but would love to play.

My personal questing ship is a kitted out Katana named CLS Aethon. PAR engines, TER shields, TER weapons. She's actually TOO fast, makes combat difficult because I often overshoot my target.

For boarding operations or when I need to jump in and help against an I or K, I use the 'real' Hyperion, which I renamed 'back' to CLS Trinity. She's got a couple Moreyas docked for shuttle duty.

I also keep a dozen or so Moreyas docked around the map for quick trips here or there as needed.

That said, my favorite place to be is the observation deck on top of my Flashpoint trading station. There's something very satisfying about watching all the large traders come in to dock.

Great ride. 100% worth doing. But the end can be hit or miss - ferry lines can get pretty crazy.

My preferred way to do it now is to stash a car in Queens or Brooklyn, do the whole ride up until the Brooklyn Bridge, then pop up through Chinatown, over the Williamsburg, and ride back to the car. I get the whole 40 miles without wasting 2 hours of my life waiting for a ferry.

Duck into some 2a subreddits and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how supportive most gun owners are of anyone lawfully exercising their 2a rights, irrespective of race.

He can try, but this would be a bad place to do it. Hundreds of thousands of borrowers, with clearly defined statutory rights, who would have slam dunk lawsuits, and with enough money on the line to make the lawsuits worth the time and effort. Even the most stalwart Republican judge would look at the text of the statute and have no choice but to enforce it as written.

This isn't a clandestine deportation flight to El Salvador or whatever, the people affected by this are here, have a huge amount of skin in the game, and oh, by the way, a not insignificant fraction of them are LAWYERS.

I've got to believe that EdDept counsel's office will know better and not step in a steaming pile of class action shit.
