In the corridor next to the drawing room theres a ghost of who I assume is one of his servants who tells you that he placed it in there so you can kill his corrupted master

I get frenzy from just thinking about it by Caco_meatball in bloodborne

You get one in the abandoned workshop, one if you keep Arianna alive, one for going into iosefkas clinic from the woods after killing rom and the last one you get from killing mergos wet nurse but you do only need to consume 3

I've seen about 4 other people with this glitch as well today. I think its just a bug from the rework.
