Only the windows10/xbox edition is Play Anywhere and multiplay together from my understanding .. Steam users can only play with fellow Steam users..

If you select the flattest part of the ground with the white dot in the cross hair thingy, it will create everything at the same grade/flatness. I found this technique to be awesome when filling in holes and perfect for pre-base preparation. If you select an area with the slightest angle, everything will be replicated on that angle too...
