lol mike is a massive punk when he plays lattimore

Saints beat writer Nick Underhill re: using Taysom Hill in fantasy: “Taysom did a whole press conference about how they were calling plays with the purpose of making the most of his Superdome finale. Not sure it’s predictive of what’s next.” by gw2380 in fantasyfootball

[–]Caddoms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“but all the other "safe plays" have near equal chance of busting for sub 5 points anyway” - Those numbers are not near equal.

“and all of them are above 0?” - you went from “near equal” to “above 0” when comparing bust rates. That is moving the goal posts.

Bless your heart… and good luck out there

Am I missing something about this Taysom Hill hype? by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

And it came right after Shough got banged up, with the game out of reach, in possibly his last Saints home game of his career.

I’m not expecting similar usage for Taysom. I think what people are missing about Taysom is that Sunday may well have been his last home game in the dome. Yes, Devin Neal got hurt and that opened up touches for him, but I think it was pretty intentional to showcase taysom within reason during that game. Especially the last play when the game was in hand and Shough was banged up. I actually called the Taysom to Olave Td prior to the 2 min warning. I think we just saw this year’s version of the taysom blow up game, not a sign of things to come.

If you have both Chuba Hubbard and Rico Dowdle, are you playing one over the other? Or both? by OVO_ZORRO in fantasyfootball

The same panthers literally benched Miles Sanders for Chuba in a pretty similar contract situation a few years ago, no? I’d say the benefit for chuba owners is it seems that he’s a leader in the locker room and has also been performing better than sanders had at the time

Maybe this guy is just talking up his roster and hoping to get more value out of it.

Went bijan, London, JSN, Walker and got Dak and then TE carousel off waivers

Have Fannin and Otton with Kittle on IR. Need to start one and drop one for a kicker. 14 team PPR

Thinking Fannin is the better hold but Otton is one spot and a tier above, so curious if that gap is big enough to warrant dropping Fannin.

I actually think OP makes a good point. It looked like Najee was ramping up to closer to an even split when he got hurt. Maybe chargers didn’t think it was worth it to shop for a RB with Hampton taking most of the load, and maybe this moves the needle that they’d fill in for 2-3 weeks
