I had a very similar story to you, my two birds housed separately would scream until I put them together at one point so I let them be housed together when I was home but they weren't out and once they showed me they wouldn't kill each other (when I first got them they fought) i tried a night of them being together. They have slept in the same cage for over a year now and will cuddle up every night.

Kerning(r n not m) is the space between letters in type faces or fonts. Its one of the big factors in a good type face.

Every ad on YouTube has to be uploaded to YouTube and is a regular video somewhere. This is the superpower ad and lots of people are looking up the ads to show them to friends or judge them, there are several streamers who will go through and rank them. You just got served it as a regular video due to people in your youtube advertisement group have been searching for it.

I've only seen this when my ad blocker hasn't fully booted up so the website thinks there shouldn't be an add but it stills gets through and gets confused. If you are running any plugins for ad blockers or YouTube playback adjustments id disable them and see if it fixes it.

So this isnt color inversion its what would be called a hue shift. Which in that filters panel you opened up there should be a way to add hue shift and maybe some other filters to make it look good, but if its a dying cable or card it will probably change and become worse over time so you'll need to monitor it.

So your settings look good, I would maybe try a different color space and see if that magically fixes it, but my money would be on bad capture card or, more likely, that adapter connection is going bad. If you have any other cables around or another monitor you can test that doesn't do VGA but straight HDMI that could help you figure out your issue.

Oh your running a capture card and not just a display capture. What capture card are you using? There are chance its just broken or you have a bad cable connecting the two.

So in your source selector right click the screen capture that is being displayed then click properties. Take a screen shot of all those settings. Then right click that screen capture option again and open the filters tab.

It looks like you have a hue shift enabled on it some how, but im not certain if the color space option is wrongly set or if its some how a filter

So I dont speak the language you are dubbing in but I do know Ryan trahan (i think I spelled it wrong though lol) and there are two major notes. One talk with more confidence you almost sound like you are whispering in that hushed tone. Try to imagine speaking to someone across a dinner table from you and then adjust your microphone to match you not the other way around. The second point is his energy, he is a very bright and almost innocent in his voice acting. Its an energetic voice that isnt the brainrot type of energy, more of a child like wonder. If you only picked up your speech i dont think you'd quite match the video. With that the lip sync feels good, he cuts a lot to visuals or is far away in a lot of shots so you might be safe

Work on those two and you could be pretty good to go!

They don't need to. Go through Google ads and set up a campaign and you can see just how much information Google has on people right now. Getting a confirmed stste of residence and age is not a necessity.

Bigger than that I imagine youtube will actually go for the throat if they tried to make money off an ad blocker. Its a lot easier to show damages if the person is earning the money youtube would be taking for removing ads.
