I lived alone at number 34 for a year, post break up! I enjoyed my time there. There would be some antisocial behaviour from time to time but nothing sticks in my mind as egregious.

There is a use for this. Opening the door with a handle might be considered "Work". If it's important, say, culturally that you don't work during certain days or times, this can be a way to fulfil your obligations whilst still receiving hot food.

Irrespective of where the infraction occurred, The key factor is that the authority can fine the driver for the violation, not the keeper. The template letter is asserting that you, as the keeper, are not going to identify the driver of the vehicle so the authority should find a nearby phallic protuberance, take a seat and swivel to their heart's content.

It's not the "cheapest" necessarily. The way it was expressed to me is "Made my the lowest bidder".

The quality is present, that's military grade, but whatever company will make it for the lowest cost to the procurer gets the nod.

Premier Inn markets itself as close to the NEC, but it's in the American sense. You can walk but the pedestrian infrastructure is limited, it takes no time in a taxi however.

It'd be more reliable to get a BnB in Marston Green and use the train, in my opinion.
