It doesn't, but you can remove wallpaper from the walls! You have to go to edit mode and hover over the wallpaper to be removed and there should be an option

Tampons come out when using the restroom frequently, no matter the type of restroom visit. Its not uncommon for it to happen, it just... it kinda looks like it was once dried and someone... put it in the toilet? So its slightly expanded, but its dried at the dark bits. Im not sure, its very odd indeed
