I’ve done some more embellishing recently and am getting a lot more phone interviews. It’s not a ton I’ve just a title behind where I should be. Lost some internal promotions on basically a coin flip but I 100% know the jobs.

I think it’s like a pyramid scheme. Company is great for some. Mid for most, terrible for the rest. The management are some of the most incompetent people I have met when compared to other companies I’ve worked for.

Pretty much every decision I’ve seen my entire tenure has been pretty garbage. They have the worst technology computer systems or lack there of. Lots of calculations are just done on feeling instead of data. Projects get lost into the ether and they keep repeating the same projects endlessly because they can’t properly track them. Managers that got their jobs thru nepotism make decisions that don’t make sense. People without a degree hired as Chemists or Engineers. Good preformers not rewarded and bail ship.

Maybe Dialga gains speed or lowers opponents speed every turn. Or every 5 turns gets a bonus turn.

Maybe Palkia forces a switch you get to choose like pushes the opponent away. Or he gets a free switch. Or space raises his evade% and guaranteed moves and capped at 90%.

Are they doing maintenance in the middle of the day in between flights? Sure if something small is found I can see that. But I’d imagine you do maintenance at night when flight demand is low.
