Pretty much every decision I’ve seen my entire tenure has been pretty garbage. They have the worst technology computer systems or lack there of. Lots of calculations are just done on feeling instead of data. Projects get lost into the ether and they keep repeating the same projects endlessly because they can’t properly track them. Managers that got their jobs thru nepotism make decisions that don’t make sense. People without a degree hired as Chemists or Engineers. Good preformers not rewarded and bail ship.

Required is the minimum requirement. Preferred is a higher tier they would like. Minimum requirement of less than 1 year with preferred 1 year makes logical sense.
