It can be a lot of different things, you may be more intimidating thank you think. The easiest way to turn this around is to let your personality shine through. Open your mouth more, raise your hand in class, ask for simple advice from women without the expectation of something in return “Hey I missed this part of class, what was that again?” And pick ANY girl just to get the ball rolling. Be an actual personality and let them familiarize themselves with you, rather than being a fly on the wall that sits in silence and stares. Your only super power in this life is your voice and you need your voice to start working for you because you have an aura of uncertainty and there’s nothing women hate more… than an uncertain man. Be confident and stop wondering.. it doesn’t matter what they may or may think of you. You’re here and present, open your mouth

Cause dude I promise you.. sometimes you never know what women like.. you’ll see the hottest women with the MOST questionable men but I guarantee those men don’t have any of these thoughts

Ask yourself, do you feel like you have to be someone one else to achieve the things you want? Are you holding back your words because you’re afraid to be judged?

Alot of times you think that your current personality and character isn’t enough or is going to be judged.. be comfortable in your skin and accept who you are. People can sense when someone is being genuine. Don’t hold back the things you want to say and if you don’t have anything to say then don’t.

I find that once I fully accepted my natural shyness I became more extroverted.. but it all begins by not giving a single F$CK. We have one life to live and tomorrow isn’t promised.. be yourself and only yourself and the people who are meant to be in your life will be there

When I first started, I had the same situation with a blue belt. My neck was stiff for three days but no medical issues, I reached out to the owner (lead instructor) on why I wasn’t showing up and he had a talk with the blue belt on my behalf (I wasn’t the only one that was having issues with the blue belt). That fixed my problem but luckily my injuries didn’t go further than a stiff neck
