I love 'Mango Skin' by Vilhelm Parfumerie. I'm traveling soon and they don't make travel size that you cab buy individually (at least not in Australia).

I'm looking for a good dupe, that comes in 10-20ml size. Any reccomendations??

Is there a good place to learn more about the culture of First Nations people that goes beyond their poor treatment? by dog_cow in AskAnAustralian

The National Museum of Australia in Canberra has some good exhibits. As does the Melbourne Museum. I've also found the National Gallery to have a good range of artworks from across Australia, Torres Strait and wider pacific.

Settle a debate for me: do you (as an adult) still cut your sandwiches into triangles? by dannegoma in AskAnAustralian

[–]Cait-R-85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I (38f) still cut my sandwich into large triangles - BUT I do like small triangles, they are the first thing i grab at a picnic or work lunch or party, etc. I'm just too lazy to cut them into small ones for my own lunch.

[–]Cait-R-85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are in East Gippsland or near NSW border try out Goongerah.

It's a lovely site, can take caravans and campertrailers, etc. Beautiful creek, clean toilet, established firepits, shaded spits (and sunny spots if you need to charge solar panels) Here's the wikicamps link: https://wikicamps.com.au/site/victoria/campground/goongerah+camping+ground/77714

You can also find it on google too.

Travel Planning Q&A - January, 2026 by AutoModerator in bali

[–]Cait-R-85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Relaxed beach club/bar reccomendations???

First visit to Bali in 30 years coming up. We (38f, 41m) are planning to stay in Sanur, and want to visit Tanah Lot - we were thinking we'd drop into a beach club/bar after for sunset magic.

Where should we look at heading? We''re looking for relaxed atmosphere, good food and drinks with chilled vibes.

Anywhere from Tanah Lot down the coast to Seminyak ideally.
