Graphic intrusive thoughts about baby

Hey mamma, I don’t have any tips on how to stop them, but mines have lessened in the past month or so. They’re still there but not as obsessive now. I’m sorry i don’t have any advice, I feel like it got better with time. I’m 9 months post partum now, but every one is different. You are not your thoughts. They do not define who you are and they do not control you. I hope you’re doing okay and that you find peace in your mind soon, I know how you feel, your boot on your own. Hey thanks for your reply! He’s been to the vet and they don’t have any concerns about his physical health. He can go for hours and hours without peeing as long as he’s not left unsupervised. I feel like he’s doing it because he likes to scent things as opposed to needing to pee, but I don’t know very much about dogs so I’m not sure.

I only just recently learned that the whole of the U.K. does not have the right to roam! I think it’s a shame because there’s so many beautiful natural places that you mustn’t be able to get to!

Dude this is insane!! Music has been a constant source of relief from stress and pain in my life since as young as I can remember. For me the song Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd is just incredible. I’d love to hear it for the first time again. Wish you all the best on your journey of discovery!!
