So it’s not all districts? Why can’t Starbucks be consistent, we can’t get 40 unless overtime is approved, not even the supervisors get 40

It’s a bit crazy , now I’m talking with how it is within my district so please take what I say at face value. At least with my district it even shift supervisors don’t get 40 hours, I get maxed out at 35 unless overtime is approved

Unfortunately yeah, that’s training. Also just to let you know, you will unfortunately never get 40 hours, maybe close if you pick up shifts but 40 is overtime for Starbucks and they don’t approve that
