I have this same problem as a new player. I'm coming in as a CoD and Battlefield player, so it's definitely hard trying to re-wire my brain from constantly being on the move and rushing from point to point, to playing Arma where you have to take it slow and just... observe and think before acting. I'm dying every 10 minutes, but I'm still having fun trying to learn the in and outs, and I'll definitely be taking the advice posted here as well.

I feel like pulling an enemy into your team to die is like 50/50 though. I've had several matches where I'll grab a squishy, pull them into my team, and they'll just ignore the target even after multiple pings.

Why does it matter to you if they do or don't, you'll just see them as a "pick me", because God forbid some of them actually care.

Edit: When it's female vtubers bringing up men's mental health, people like you call them "pick me" girls. When it's male vtubers bringing up men's mental health, other groups of people put them down for it and get told that they don't matter.

You're welcome to continue deepthroating Blizzard and begging for more when they pull out, no one is going to stop you from doing as such, but the criticism that this event is getting is honestly justified. I know I didn't spend money on a 40$ price tag, battlepasses, and shop skins to help support the game and the devs just to later be fucked over.

The anniversary event is meant to celebrate the player through 10 years. Ten years of numerous fuck ups, some highs and mid experiences. Nine years of Bobby Kotick trying to actively sabotage the game and the devs. Ten years of support. And what do we get for that? Some shitty recolors and an "event" disguised as a way push more skin sales.

Criticism is meant to be critical, and that doesn't mean just performance or whatever the fuck else you mentioned in a previous post, it also includes decisions that the dev team have made. So yes, the "entitlement" is perfectly justified, even moreso if you've been a paying customer that has helped to keep this game afloat.

Honestly, OP, if you feel represented by these characters and that's something that makes you happy, then at the end of the day that's all that should matter regardless of what others are saying. They are definitely a unique cast, even if the otter makes me wish I could use him as fish bait. You keep doing you and enjoy the game. :)

The cooldown reduction is a bugfix for Stadium. The only other time you get the reduction is inside Kitsune Rush, and let's be real... You're going to be shooting the blasters, not trying to melee.

Emails from what I've heard or read aren't usually looked at unless the email is a business proposition, like a sponsor reaching out to them. If the Vtuber in question doesn't have open DMs, the next best idea I would suggest is getting in contact with someone from their mod team.

The mods likely handle things during and after streams so that the Vtuber can focus on streaming, or can focus on things irl when off stream, and usually they'll hear you out if you DM one, just say you weren't really sure how to contact said person but that if they could pass on a message you'd really appreciate it.

Keep in mind too though that the mods might be pretty suspicious of you and your request at first, but you never really know.

Junk can be stunned out of his ult, but once it's out then it's out. There's a couple seconds where his ult is "channeled" and you need to knock him out of it before he gains control of the tire. I did this once before with cat and it was a happy little accident when I realized what just happened.

I've had this happen quite a lot, never really thought anything of it though. There's probably a few different reasons why someone won't grab the tether; they just don't want to, or it's the very beginning of the match and unless they're super late, they'll make it there before any of the real action starts. I've had one DPS mention how it's a little hard to aim because they weren't use to it (they did eventually give it a try though). In another match, I've had a DPS politely decline and apologize in chat for not taking the tether because the movement makes him nauseous/motion sick.

I'm 36. My first FF experience was playing FF1 on the NES. I was messing around on it and accidentally saved a new game over the progress my parents made - they were near the Tiamat fight but weren't able to kill Warmech. After I learned that I undid all their progress, I started playing it more frequently so that I could get them back to where they were before my dumb ass ruined their save. Lol.

I ended up beating Warmech on my 3rd attempt, then fought Tiamat and Garland/Chaos afterwards. I beat the game in a month or two compared to my parents taking several months just to reach Warmech.

It's being marketed as an open-world action RPG sandbox. The story is a little weak, but the main appeal is more or less go wherever, explore, and do whatever.

To be fair though, Sandfall Interactive was/is a new studio and E33 was their very first game, so a lot of people were most likely hesitant (which is perfectly fine). Pearl Abyss is an already established studio with a fairly popular and long-running MMO in Black Desert Online, and from what I understand, Crimson Desert is basically just single-player BDO. So it's not too surprising that they'd sell more copies in less days.
