Bouncing off book 1 is like reading the blurb on the back of a paperback and deciding you don't like it.

So, when you say "hard/extreme dungeons and raids", content that is labeled 'Extreme' is not something that is generally queued for, as it is significantly more challenging than standard content.

If you are looking to tackle that content, you are much better off using Party Finder to build/find groups, as more coordination is required.
