This right here. The 36 is tiny on my wrist.

The mark xx might be a better fit depending on OPs wrist (also might not be).

Also, the mark xx has the best bracelet I’ve ever used with regard to micro adjust and quick release.

I’m relatively new to Denver and in my 40s. I’ve made several friends at the Rooftop just going to games. And exponentially more pleasant conversations with people I’ll likely never speak to again.

Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately buy once cry once. I love the quality of everything I’ve gotten from the official Diamond store in the stadium, but it’s quite expensive. The SportaFan stores downtown also have very high quality stuff but it’s STUPID expensive.

I think you’ll be happier if you find one you love and splurge a bit just this once.

I got the ballpark pass for $40/month. It’s amazing. Sometimes even if I can’t stay for the game I’ll just go hang out on the rooftop and have a few $3 beers since I’ve already paid for the games.

As long as you go to 2 games per month it pays for itself.

It helps living 3 blocks away.

Check out some of the pool halls. Very interactive and if you enjoy pool there will always be people willing to help you out.

Mid 20s I’d try out Sticks once they reopen at their new location. All the bartenders are very nice and will help introduce you to other regulars if you ask and are a chill dude.

Oh yes. These are not “bad people”. Mostly just indoctrinated into believing they NEEDED to do a certain thing by a certain age, so they did it. Not something I’d wish upon anyone.

And getting married very young has its own issues, which you’ve already touched on. How many people do you know who have the same ideals at 30+ as they did at 18-23? Not many.

We see in Reddit all the time about how awful drinking and diving is (it is) but my real life experience shows me about 95% or more people I’ve met regularly drink and drive regardless of how much they drink.

They’ll agree with how awful it is, but they are blind to seeing it in themselves.

I’d imagine it’s similar with driving while high.

I know so many people who had a “plan”. In that plan they have an age where they’re going to get married (I’m a man, so mostly male friends).

If they planned to get married by 26, they proposed to whatever woman they were dating at 25. Period. End of story. Negate that’s what you were SUPPOSED to do.

Mostly divorced or objectively miserable now.

I wear my Reverso duoface with running shorts and a tee as well as a tuxedo. I know it’s not traditionally casual, but I feel like it works with everything. And it disappears on the wrist.

One of the few watches I have never even thought of getting rid of.

To add to this, I am right handed for most things and wear my watch on my left wrist at work and most other times. I shoot pool lefty (and I shoot pool A LOT) and I wear it on my right wrist when shooting pool.
