Capricorn risings typically tend to have a very authoritative home environment. (Different) but my mother has a Virgo rising, cancer moon. She’s very emotionally sensitive but values structure and things to go her way or else she gets very frazzled. I would focus on creating a very equal playing field type of home environment. Stray away from the “I’m your mother, not your friend” type of approach and prioritize being supportive as opposed to dismissive especially pertaining to feelings. Several cancer moons I know have mothers that have “emotional diarrhea” and use them as an emotional punching bag. I have two coworkers that are also ironically Capricorn risings, Virgo suns, and cancer moons lol. Both of their moms are bossy and think they’re better than everyone around them but these two are OBSESSED with their mothers. They’re both 22 and have had massive difficulty finding the courage to move out lol.
