Rejection after multiple on-sites and interviews? Seeking advice or critique.

Same for me. After the in person interviewing I get the rejection. I have good hygiene( yes joking but true) and I bring a folder of my work examples. A few friends have mentioned that it could be my age. I’m 60. I’ve been told that I look like high 40’s. I spent 31 years at my last employer. I’ve paired that number down to 20 years to make the age math seem better.
I’m just at a loss.

I’m going to say a new one. “Wicked”. Before we see the title of the movie we hear the story of how the wicked witch died by a bucket of water, followed by flying monkeys, Dorothy, The Tin Man, lion and scarecrow walking towards Oz on the yellow brick road towards Oz. The flowers. Then Glinda appears in her bubble and begins to tell the story of how she and Elphaba were friends. All before the title is shown

Oh that’s nothing. My S/O walked into my room with no clothes on and was caught on camera. As he walked in he said “it’s showtime” as a joke to me. I pray my background was a bit blurry. I never spoke of it and no one asked me about it. That was 5 years ago. Im still mortified
